I train first-responders to respond with clarity and recover with ease. Building mental muscle and nervous system stability ensures optimal performance at work and the ability to be fully-present in relationships at home.
As the spouse of a cop, I have a special passion for serving law enforcement personnel. Life for police and other first responders includes wear-and-tear on the nervous system, but it doesn't have to be that way. Research studies prove that Yoga For First Responders® protocols reduce and prevent PTSD. I teach yoga as tactical breathwork, mobility drills, and guided neuro reset. There is a focus on mastering the mind through the nervous system. To experience deeper recovery and brain training, I also provide virtual mental fitness coaching and in-person relaxing Reiki for neurological reset.
